Dr. Ozturk earned a bachelor of science in Biology from George Mason University and completed his doctor of dental surgery degree at Howard University School of Dentistry and his residency at the Temple Universities Advanced Education in General Dentistry program, where he was a resident and gained a strong background in all areas of dentistry with an emphasis on comprehensive dental care.

Dr. Ozturk is regarded for excellence in all aspects of general and cosmetic dentistry – including crowns, veneers, implants and bondings. Dedicated to providing advanced dentistry at the highest and most comprehensive level–with particular attention to both function, aesthetics and oral health. 

Working to stay at the forefront of today's cutting-edge techniques in dentistry and providing the best care for his patients, Dr. Ozturk actively participates in continuing education seminars and professional organizations. This gives him the opportunity to discuss the newest ideas and treatments with other colleagues and specialists.

His special interests include Cosmetics, Implants, TMJ and Full Mouth Reconstruction.

Dr. Oz has also achieved a Fellowship status in the Academy of General Dentistry which is awarded to only few doctors who have put  countless number of hours into continuing education in all the disciplines of dentistry.

He has also been Voted as one of 'America's Top Dentists' by the prestigious Consumer's Council of America.

Dr. Ozturk enjoys spending his free time with his family and 2 children. He also enjoys hiking, playing soccer, volunteering in local clinics and reading.

Dr. Khashayar Changi became a Washington D.C. local three years ago. He is a highly-educated and skilled periodontist. Dr. Changi prides himself on his ability to assess the whole of the oral cavity allowing him to offer a comprehensive treatment plan based on a multi-disciplinary approach.He received his specialty training in Periodontics at the Columbia University College of Dental Medicine in New York City, NY. Dr. Changi is a board-certified Diplomate by the American Board of Periodontology in both Periodontology and dental implant surgery.

Dr. Changi is an expert in dental implants with comprehensive training in both traditional and immediate implant placement. He has extensive experience and a unique talent for providing extractions and implants in the same-day. Dr. Changi is especially skilled in tissue grafting.

He is qualified to treat all types of periodontal and peri-implant diseases and conditions with proficiency in surgical and non-surgical treatment methods. Dr. Changi has extensive experience in all facets of oral implantology including the management of peri-implant disease, guided bone regeneration, immediate and delayed implant placement, and digital treatment planning.

When Dr. Changi is not treating patients, he enjoys skiing and playing golf. He and his wife enjoy traveling to New York, Germany, and Italy. Dr. Changi loves pop art; his favorite artists are Andy Warhol and Roy Lichtenstein, among others. He also enjoys exploring wineries and doing wine tastings. His favorite food is ramen and his favorite ramen restaurant is Daikaya in Chinatown.
