Family Block Appointments

Numerous factors can make dental appointments more challenging for large families, from multiple schedules to the need for childcare. To help, we offer family block appointments when everyone can be seen at the same time or back-to-back. We know our patients and their families by name, and we treat you like family.

As Few Visits as Possible

In dental offices of the past, it often took several visits to receive treatment. It was common to have to take off work multiple times for separate exam and cleaning appointments, and for simple procedures such as fillings and crowns. Our dentists' way of scheduling patients makes this appointments easier . Our dental exams and cleanings happen in the same visit. Additionally, if a patient wants to start other dental work the same day, we are able and pleased to accommodate that in the majority of cases. We do our best to finish any and all treatment in as few visits as possible, completing as much care as we realistically and comfortably can during each appointment.

Care with Gentle Touch

Afraid of needles? Apprehensive about dental injections? At Arlington Family Dental Center, we are putting every effor possible to make injection pain a thing of the past! We want to drastically reduce and, whenever possible, completely eliminate any pain felt during dental injections.

To us, the only way to provide excellent care and wonderful patient experiences is with a soft touch. We take this very seriously, going above and beyond to make sure our patients are comfortable. If you feel nervous about or even afraid of dental treatment, you're not alone. It's actually quite common. Our goal is to always provide compassionate, gentle care.

Sedation Dentistry

For some patients, being sedated during their dental appointment is important. In most cases, we're able to give our patients medicine that totally relaxes them and allows them to rest during their visit. We then complete as much of their treatment as possible, after which they regain alertness feeling comfortable and refreshed.

We also have nitrous oxide (laughing gas) to help patients feel at ease. This safe and easydental sedation option helps many patients get comfortable who experience dental anxiety. In addition, laughing gas can make dental visitseasier, better experiences for patients with mental or physical impairments.

Our offices have many patient amenities to make your dental experiences enjoyable, including flatscreen TVs, pillows, blankets, and complimentary beverages.  Your comfort is our top priority.

No Dental Insurance? No Problem!

We accept cash, checks, debit and most major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Care Credit). We also accept Flexible Spending Account (FSA) and Health Savings Account (HSA) monies. Additionally, we offer interest-free flexible payment plans for everyone. Please ask us for interest free financing. For more extensive dental treatment, we are pleased to assist you with extended payment plans with no upfront costs or prepayment penalties.

Our Warranty

All dental work we provide is covered under warranty for five years. If you have a restoration that fails within 5 years, we will gladly replace the restoration at no charge.  In order for this warranty to apply, we recommend you continue with regular preventative exams and cleanings twice a year. This way the teeth, gums, bone and restorations are healthy and not at risk of any kind of oral disesae.  

OUR COMMITMENT - NO DOUBLE BOOKING

We pride ourselves on our commitment to stay on schedule, and we refuse to waste our patients' time because we know it's valuable.Unlike many medical and dental offices, ours do not double book appointment times. Your appointment is reserved for one patient: you. We don't have our dentists andhygienists jump from room to room like you sometimes see in busy clinics.

Of course not everything is predictable or controllable, and unforeseen events can push our schedule back from time to time. What is predictable, however, is our constant level of dedication to seeing patients on time, every time. We hope you'll come in and experience our gold standard of on-time scheduling and one-on-one patient care!

Reserved Openings for Dental Emergencies

There's not much worse in dental care than being in tremendous pain from a toothache or other dental emergency and not being able to get an appointment with your dentist. All of our doctors reserve openings in our schedule every business day so we have the time needed to help patients in pain. That means if you come in with a broken tooth, we will do everything we can to relieve your pain and fix the problem - the same day you come in!
